Begin your journey with an introduction to Vietnamese cuisine, ingredients, and cooking traditions. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, you will learn how to prepare three of Hanoi’s most beloved dishes from scratch.

For guests selecting the Market Tour Package, the experience begins with a visit to a traditional local market where you will learn how Vietnamese families select fresh ingredients and gain insight into daily life and local food culture.

After gathering ingredients, continue to the cooking center where you will prepare and cook each dish step by step before enjoying your homemade Vietnamese feast.

• Phở Bò (Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup) - Learn how to prepare a traditional Vietnamese beef broth and assemble this world-famous noodle soup.
• Bún Chả - Discover the secrets behind Hanoi’s signature grilled pork dish served with vermicelli noodles, fresh herbs, and dipping sauce.
