5:00 - 5:30 PM: We will you up from our office in 82 Nguyen Huu Huan and start the journey in our office in Le Hong Phong Street.
5:50 PM: Welcome and get familiar with your bike at our office in Le Hong Phong Street.
6:00 PM: Begin the ride by passing through Ba Dinh Square, Hanoi’s political heart.
6:15 PM: Street-Side Starter.
- Pause at a local street corner, sit on low plastic stools like the locals, and enjoy a light local snack.
7:00 PM: Heritage Ride.
- Pass by the Old City Gate with its French cannon marks and a church that blends Asian and European architecture.
7:40 PM: Main Course in the French Quarter.

CHILDREN POLICY:
- Children under 10 years old: 50% of the adult tour price, subject to safety eligibility and tour type.
- Guests aged 10 and above: Full adult price applies.
- For self-riding on e-bike tours, children must be at least 12 years old and at least 150 cm tall.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellation more than 4 days before the departure date: Free of charge.
- Cancellation 3–4 days before the departure date: 25% of the total booking value will be charged.
- Cancellation less than 3 days before the departure date: 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
