Morning (09:00 AM – 02:00 PM) / Afternoon (03:00 PM – 08:00 PM): 30 Minutes Your activity will start with a guided tour of Ngoc Ha's bustling morning market, a treasure trove of fresh produce, spices, and local delicacies. Engage with friendly local vendors, and sample seasonal fruits, and aromatic spices as your guide shares insights into the region's traditional dishes.

 

Culinary Culture Exchange & Cooking: 2 Hours. After exploring the market, visit a local home for an interactive cooking class. Under the expert guidance of experienced home cooks, learn to prepare authentic Vietnamese dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

 

Working alongside a local expert, you'll be actively involved in the entire cooking process, from learning proper knife skills to mastering traditional techniques. and creating a multi-course Vietnamese meal from scratch, using fresh ingredients and traditional methods.

 

By the end, you'll have not only a delicious meal but also the knowledge and confidence to recreate these dishes back home.
