Escape the city and experience authentic Vietnamese farm life at Roots Farm, one of Hanoi's largest traditional farms. Shop for fresh ingredients at a local market alongside friendly farmers, harvest seasonal vegetables straight from the fields, and learn to prepare classic Vietnamese dishes using farm-fresh produce. Finish your experience with a delicious farm-to-table lunch, enjoying the flavors of the countryside while connecting with local culture and 

 

– ITINERARY –

10:00 AM: Arrive at Roots Farm in Giang Bien – Viet Hung

10:00 AM – 10:30 AM: Join the farmers at the local market to select fresh ingredients

 

10:30 AM – 10:45 AM: Rest and have a drink at the farm

 

10:45 AM – 11:30 AM: Tour the farm and harvest fresh vegetables and fruits at the largest traditional farming farm in Hanoi.

 

11:30 AM – 1:00 PM: Prepare ingredients and cook traditional dishes with the farmers using the harvested and purchased ingredients from the local market

 

1:00 PM – 1:45 PM: Enjoy a “Farm to Table” lunch – the perfect reward after the journey

 

1:45 PM – 2:00 PM: Say goodbye to Giang Bien and depart

• Gardening tools and protective equipment: shears, hoe, gloves, boots, hat, etc.
• Guide who is a local farmer.
• English-Vietnamese interpreter/coordinator (applicable to foreign groups).
