* Please choose the correct Package based on the terminal you will be departing from (International Terminal or Domestic Terminal). Incorrect booking may lead to non-refundable.

* The maximum lounge usage time is 3 consecutive hours prior to your initial departure time. In case the usage exceeds 3 consecutive hours, or if your flight is delayed or canceled and you wish to continue using the service, a new KKday booking must be presented or the service fee must be paid according to the price list at the lounge reception counter.
