- Guests ride as passengers on the vintage motorbike; no motorbike driving experience is required.
- Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for riding and walking.
- The tour involves riding through Hanoi traffic and narrow local streets.
- Please inform the operator in advance of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or special requirements.
- Train Street access and train viewing are subject to local safety regulations and actual operating conditions. A train passing by is not guaranteed.
- Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- The itinerary may be adjusted depending on traffic, weather, local regulations, and operational conditions.
- Alcoholic beverages, if included at selected food stops, are optional and should be consumed responsibly.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the departure date: Free of charge.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the departure date: 100% of the total cost will be charged.
