Option 1: Bat Trang + Pottery workshop, Vietnam museum of Ethnology, Railway Cafe (Morning tour) 

8:00 AM: The tour guide will pick you up from your hotel. Explore Bat Trang, Vietnam's renowned pottery village, on a journey that begins at the Bat Trang Museum, showcasing centuries-old pottery artifacts and techniques. Engage in pottery workshops with skilled artisans, learning the traditional methods of crafting ceramics.

09:15 AM – 10:45 AM: Explore the Bat Trang Museum and discover the history and development of Vietnam’s traditional ceramics. Admire the creative architecture, impressive pottery collections, and artistic displays showcasing the village’s long-standing ceramic heritage.

10:45 AM – 11:45 PM: Dive deeper into Bat Trang’s craft traditions with a hands-on pottery experience. Visit local workshops, watch skilled artisans at work, and try shaping your own pottery piece under their guidance. This is a fun and interactive opportunity to experience one of Hanoi’s most iconic traditional crafts.

 

 

12:00 PM: Enjoy a local lunch at a nearby restaurant, experiencing authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Visit the Van Van Ancient House to understand traditional Vietnamese architecture and lifestyle. Complete the itinerary with visits to the Bat Trang Communal House and the historic Ancient Pottery Kiln, where the village's rich cultural heritage and craftsmanship come alive.

1:15 PM – 2:00 PM: Leave Bat Trang and return towards central Hanoi for the afternoon’s cultural experience.

2:00 PM: After that, you will immerse yourself in the diverse traditions at the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology with the exploration of 54 ethnic group people in Vietnam.

 

3:00 PM: Finally, before the tour ended, you will spend sometimes experience the unique ambiance of Railway coffee and watch the train passby.

03:15 PM – 05:15 PM: Visit local pottery workshops to see skilled artisans at work and learn about traditional ceramic-making techniques. Get hands-on and try shaping your own pottery piece under the guidance of a local craftsman.

06:00 PM – 07:00 PM Head back to Hanoi and enjoy a quick railway coffee experience at a local café and soak up the unique atmosphere of Hanoi’s historic railway area. Continue to Ngoc Son Temple at Hoan Kiem Lake, where you can walk across the iconic red Huc Bridge and explore this peaceful cultural landmark.

07:00 PM: The tour concludes in central Hanoi after your visit to Ngoc Son Temple.
