Our friendly tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in the Old Quarter.

Begin our tour at Pho Ga Nguyet, famous for its flavorful mix dry chicken pho. With over 30 years of experience, Mrs. Nguyet’s recipe is a local treasure, blending tender chicken with a flavorful special sauce.

Next, enjoy glass noodles with crispy deep-fried eel at Mien Luon Dong Thinh. The glass noodles are a delightful base for the rich, savory broth, simmered for hours from fresh eel and bones. Did you know that eel is not only delicious but also packed with nutrients?

Our third stop is Bun Cha Dac Kim, where we indulge in smoky grilled pork and vermicelli noodles. The dish is served with a side of fresh herbs and a dipping sauce that elevates the experience. This place has gained a Michelin mention, and it’s easy to see why.

After 3 nominated savory place, it's best to end your tour with a drink at a hidden coffee, aka Cafe Pho Co. Located deep inside an alley in the heart of this historical capital, an egg coffee here is the perfect finale to your culinary journey.
