Meeting point: The guide and driver will pick you from designated pick-up points based on your hotel address (due to the regulation of transportation from 16-seated not allow to enter Old Quarter area)
*Note: Please arrive at your selected meeting point on time to avoid missing the departure. As this is a shared group tour, the vehicle will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes at each pick-up point.

Escape the bustle of Hanoi and discover the history, culture, and natural beauty of Ninh Binh on this full-day tour. Visit Hoa Lu, Vietnam’s ancient capital, and explore the historic temples of King Dinh and King Le before enjoying a peaceful cycling experience through the countryside. A buffet lunch featuring local specialties is also included. Choose between a scenic sampan boat ride through the rice fields and caves of Tam Coc, known as “Ha Long Bay on land,” or the spectacular limestone landscapes and tunnel caves of Trang An, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. End your journey with a climb of approximately 500 steps at Hang Mua for panoramic views over Tam Coc and the surrounding countryside before returning to Hanoi.
- DETAILED ITINERARY -
07:30 AM - 08:00 AM: The guide and driver will pick you up from the meeting point or at the Hanoi Opera House at 08:00 and depart for Ninh Binh (The tour guide will inform you about the meeting point before the departure date)
09:15 AM: You will have a 15-20 minute break to relax at a rest stop, stretch your legs, use the facilities or have a quick snack.
10:30 AM: Arrive at Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam from 968 to 1010. After that, you will visit the temples of King Dinh and King Le and learn about Vietnamese history under the Dinh, Le, and Ly dynasties.

11:15 AM - 11:45 AM: Enjoy a 30-minute cycling activity to explore and soak in the peaceful beauty of the tranquil countryside. Alternatively, you can relax at the restaurant area, taking photos at the waterfall, fish pond, and lotus pond.

12:00 AM: Enjoy a buffet lunch with local specialties at a private restaurant: Trang An Heritage Garden. The vegetarian option is also available.

1:15 PM - 1:30 PM:
► Option 1: Tam Coc, known as the “Ha Long Bay on land,” where you will have 1.5 hours on a sampan boat to explore the area. During the boat ride along the Ngo Dong River, you will admire the stunning rice fields, limestone mountains, and a system of caves including Hang Ca, Hang Hai, and Hang Ba.


► Option 2: Trang An, a UNESCO World Heritage Site recognized in 2014. Here, you will spend 1.5 hours on a sampan boat, enjoying the natural beauty of the magnificent tunnel cave system that appeared in the 2016 film "Kong: Skull Island."


3:30 PM: Continue the tour to Hang Mua, where you will climb approximately 500 steps to reach the top of Ngoa Long Mountain, offering a panoramic view of the city and Tam Coc below.

4:45 PM - 5:00 PM: Depart for the return trip to Hanoi.
7:00 PM - 7:30 PM: The bus and guide will drop you off at the meeting point in Hanoi's Old Quarter.
