Terms and Policy
SURCHARGE POLICY:
- 20% surcharge during Vietnamese public holidays, including New Year’s Day, Lunar New Year, Hung Kings’ Commemoration Day, Reunification Day, International Labour Day, and National Day.
CHILD POLICY:
- Children under 10 years old: 50% of the adult tour price, subject to safety eligibility and tour type.
- Guests aged 10 and above: Full adult price applies.
- For self-riding on e-bike tours, children must be at least 12 years old and at least 150 cm tall.
- Cancellation more than 4 days before the departure date: Free of charge.
- Cancellation 3–4 days before the departure date: 25% of the total booking value will be applied.
- Cancellation less than 3 days before the departure date: 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
