- Hang Mua requires climbing several hundred stone steps. Guests who are not comfortable with climbing should consider their physical condition before joining.

- A 20% surcharge applies during Vietnamese public holidays, including New Year's Day, Lunar New Year, Hung Kings' Commemoration Day, Reunification Day, International Labour Day, and National Day.
CHILDREN POLICY:
- Children under 10 years old: 50% of the adult price, subject to tour suitability and safety requirements.
- Guests aged 10 years and above: Adult price applies.
- Children must be at least 12 years old and at least 150 cm tall to ride an e-bike independently.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- More than 4 days before departure: Free cancellation.
- 3–4 days before departure: 25% cancellation fee.
- Less than 3 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee.
