*The menu may be slightly changed depending on the day, time, and availability of local food stalls.
First, you'll savor the refreshing taste of kumquat coconut or pineapple jam coconut in District 3, and your guides will introduce you to fellow guests joining the food tour. Next, we'll head to Le Van Tam Park to relish our signature dish: vegan papaya salad or lotus salad, exclusive to our food tour.
Continuing the journey, you'll visit the Thich Quang Duc Monument in District 3 and hear the touching story of the monk who self-immolated in protest against Buddhist persecution.
Discover one of Vietnam’s finest culinary gems: Chuoi nuong (grilled banana with coconut milk). Experience the blend of traditional sweet and salty flavors in tropical fruits and creamy coconut milk sauce.
The next stop is the Nguyen Thien Thuat Oldest and Huge Apartment Complex. We'll climb up the apartment building to see how local people live 3-4 generations in a small apartment, gaining a deeper understanding of our life and culture. Here, we'll enjoy vegan Bun Bo Hue.
Ho Chi Minh City's largest flower market also boasts a street food paradise. Sample sweet grilled rice paper at the Cambodian street food market. Then, we'll have vegan Banh Xeo (savory crispy Vietnamese pancake) and Goi Cuon (fresh spring rolls).
