• Please arrive at the meeting point on time.
• Each passenger is allowed a maximum of one standard luggage (standard luggage size: 36cm x 25cm x 53cm) and one carry-on bag.
• Oversized luggage and/or additional luggage will incur extra charges. Please pay any extra fees directly to the driver.
• Excess luggage surcharge: 50,000 VND per item.
• Additional luggage surcharge: 80,000 VND per item.
• Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the vehicle.
• This service does not provide child seats.
• Travel time may be affected by external factors such as weather, traffic, and breaks along the way.

• Children under 6 years old travel for free and will sit with adults.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Within 0 to 24 hours before departure: Customers will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• From 72 hours to 24 hours before departure: Customers will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• More than 72 hours before departure: Customers will not incur any cancellation fee.
• Refund processing time upon request: 3 to 5 working days from the time the customer provides complete information.
