* Single-Use, One Person Only: Each voucher is valid for one person and can be used only once.

OVERTIME SURCHARGE POLICY:

The maximum lounge usage time is 3 consecutive hours prior to your initial departure time. In case the usage exceeds 3 consecutive hours, or if your flight is delayed or canceled and you wish to continue using the service, a new Joytime booking must be presented or the service fee must be paid according to the price list at the lounge reception counter.

CHILD POLICY:

Complimentary access for up to two children under 5 years old per accompanying adult.
The third child under 5 years old and children aged 5 to 12 years old are subject to a 50% surcharge of the listed price per child.
Passengers aged 12 and above are charged as adults.
