– ITINERARY –

Meet your friendly guide in the lobby of your hotel in Districts 1, 3, or 4. Gear up on the back of our comfortable, local-style motorbikes and get ready for an unforgettable Saigon food adventure.

 

We’ll begin with a refreshing papaya salad topped with roasted peanuts, black beef jerky, Vietnamese coriander, crispy fritters, and shrimp crackers — a fresh, flavorful dish that locals love. To cool down, enjoy a unique coconut kumquat juice, blending creamy coconut with the tang of kumquat or pineapple jam.

 

Next, feast on two versions of Vietnam’s iconic savory pancakes: the large and crispy banh xeo, and the bite-sized, fluffy bsnh khot. Both are served with herbs and dipping sauce for that perfect balance of crunch and freshness. Then, roll up your sleeves for a fun, hands-on experience — making your very own banh mi with guidance from your host.

 

Our ride continues through District 3, where you’ll step inside one of Saigon’s oldest apartments to glimpse daily life and local history. Then it’s time for something truly special: a steaming bowl of bo kho (Vietnamese beef stew). This slow-cooked Southern favorite is rich with carrots, shallots, fresh herbs, and glass noodles, a dish so good it even won the praise of food vlogger Mark Wiens, and it’s exclusive to our tour.

 

In Saigon’s legendary“Gangstertown”seafood district, the grills fire up for a late-night feast: grilled scallops with peanuts, steamed clams with lemongrass, and stir-fried snails, all paired with an ice-cold local beer. To finish on a sweet note, you’ll enjoy the city’s best flan cake, light, creamy, and topped with Vietnamese coffee for a French-inspired finale.

 

Finally, we’ll take a scenic drive along the Saigon River, soaking up the night breeze and glittering skyline before dropping you back at your hotel.
