The maxium lounge usage time is 3 consecutive hours prior to your initial departure time. In case the usage exceeds 3 consecutive hours, or if your flight is delayed or canceled and you wish to continue using the service, a new Joytime booking must be presented or the service fee must be paid according to the price list at the lounge reception counter.

• We'll reconfirm your departure time and meeting point to ensure a smooth departure.
• Our friendly representative will greet you with a welcome sign in the International Departures hall.
• We'll provide courteous assistance and guidance through departure procedures, where our service concludes.

Premium See-off:

• We'll reconfirm your departure time and meeting point to ensure a smooth departure.
• Our friendly representative will greet you with a welcome sign in the International Departures hall.
• We'll provide expert assistance and guidance through departure procedures, including immigration and security screening.
• You'll be personally escorted to your boarding gate or designated waiting lounge, where our service concludes.
