Continue to the cooking class and work alongside a professional chef to prepare a selection of traditional Vietnamese dishes. Follow step-by-step instructions, learn essential cooking techniques, and discover the stories and traditions behind each dish.
Once the cooking is complete, sit down and enjoy the delicious meal you've prepared, making this a memorable way to experience Vietnamese culture through food.
– ITINERARY –
07:30 - 08:00 AM: We pick up guests at several hotels; your hotel might be the first, so please be ready by 07:30 AM.
08:00 - 08:30 AM: Our friendly drivers will take you on a tour of the vibrant and bustling streets of Ho Chi Minh city to a local market.
08:30 - 09:00: At the market, you'll meet your chef and explore the stalls to learn about and purchase ingredients for the class on Vietnamese cooking.
09:00 - 11:00 AM: During the class, the chef will guide you through the intricacies of Vietnamese cuisine, including unique spices and the importance of balancing flavors. You will receive detailed demonstrations and step-by-step instructions to prepare each culinary creation. Our professional staff will be on hand to assist you with any questions, and after each dish is prepared, you'll learn how to check if your technique and seasoning are properly applied.
11:00 - 12:00 PM: The best part is when you get to enjoy the delicious dishes you created yourself. After your culinary masterpiece is complete, you'll receive a recipe book and a certificate to commemorate your journey.
12:00 - 12:30 PM: Finally, we'll drop you off back at your pick-up point in the city center as per your request.

CHILD POLICY:
- Children under 5 years old: Free of charge (One free child per family).
- Children from 5 to 11 years old: Child rate applies (Child rate is only applicable for families with two adults and the child must be accompanied by an adult).
- Children from 12 years old and up: Adult rate applies.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.
- If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee.
- If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
