– ITINERARY –

07:30 - 08:00: We pick up guests at several hotels; your hotel might be the first, so please be ready by 07:30 AM. 

 

08:00 - 08:30: Our friendly drivers will take you on a tour of the vibrant and bustling streets of Ho Chi Minh city to a local market. 

 

08:30 - 09:00: At the market, you'll meet your chef and explore the stalls to learn about and purchase ingredients for the class on Vietnamese cooking. 

 

09:00 - 11:00: During the class, the chef will guide you through the intricacies of Vietnamese cuisine, including unique spices and the importance of balancing flavors. You will receive detailed demonstrations and step-by-step instructions to prepare each culinary creation. Our professional staff will be on hand to assist you with any questions, and after each dish is prepared, you'll learn how to check if your technique and seasoning are properly applied. 

 

11:00 - 12:00: The best part is when you get to enjoy the delicious dishes you created yourself. After your culinary masterpiece is complete, you'll receive a recipe book and a certificate to commemorate your journey. 

 

12:00 - 12:30: Finally, we'll drop you off back at your pick-up point in the city center as per your request.  

 

MONDAY MENU:  

1. Spring rolls.
2. Morning glory salad with pork and shrimps.
3. Caramel pork in clay-pot.
4. Amazing dessert will be offered by Chef.

TUESDAY MENU:

1. Lotus stem salad with pork and prawn.
2. Grilled beef with lemongrass served with fresh noodle and vegetable.
3. Imperial fried rice.
4. Amazing dessert will be offered by Chef.

WEDNESDAY MENU 

1. Dumpling with spring onion sauce 
2. Vegetable salad with pork and shrimps 
3. Grilled pork rib with broken rice 
4. Amazing dessert will be offered by Chef

THURSDAY MENU 4:   

1. Beef salad with star fruit and young banana. 
2. Grilled pork rib with rice noodle. 
3. Caramel fish in clay pot.
4. Amazing dessert will be offered by Chef.

FRIDAY MENU:  

1. Mango salad with pork and shrimps.
2. Braised chicken with ginger.
3. Skewed ball pork meat. 
4. Amazing dessert will be offered by Chef.

SATURDAY AND SUNDAY MENU:

1. Salad rolls.
2. Chicken noodle soup. 
3. Vietnamese sizzling pancake.
4. Amazing dessert will be offered by Chef.
