• Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited. Violators will be asked to disembark immediately.
• Dangerous materials and items, including but not limited to bottles, fireworks, and laser pointers, that may cause disturbance or inconvenience to other passengers are prohibited.
• The average tour duration is 60 minutes.
• Drop-off Location (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM): City Opera House
• Stops at each attraction last between 15 and 30 minutes.
• The bus service will be suspended during severe weather conditions, such as heavy rain caused by storms of level 8 or higher.
• The company reserves the right to alter routes, schedules, or cancel trips due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. Itineraries and times are subject to change based on real-time traffic conditions.
• Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Passengers may choose any available seat but cannot reserve specific seats.

Child Policy:

• Children are allowed to join the tour; however, each child must be accompanied by at least one adult.
• Infants and children are counted as regular passengers.
• Children aged 0-4 years must share a seat with their parents/accompanying adult.

Ticket Exchange Policy:

• You have the right to exchange your ticket for a higher-value ticket, provided that the purchased ticket has not been activated.
• Exchanges and payments can be made at official Vietnam Sightseeing ticket agents or upon boarding the bus for the first time.
• If the cancellation is due to force majeure events such as war, natural disasters, or epidemics, both parties will discuss a mutually beneficial solution.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• More than 48 hours before departure: 100% refund (online payment fees are borne by the customer).
• From 24 to 48 hours before departure: 30% refund (online payment fees are borne by the customer).
• Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund or cancellation allowed.
