7:30 AM - 8:00 AM/ 1:30 PM - 2:00 PM: We will pick you up from our office in 82 Nguyen Huu Huan (Link) and transfer to the office in Le Hong Phong Street.
8:30 AM / 2:00 PM: Welcome and e-bike orientation at the office in Le Hong Phong Street.
9:00 AM / 2:30 PM: Shop like a local at a nearby market/shop with pocket money provided, then visit the B-52 Lake where a war relic remains.
9:30AM / 3:00 PM: Arrive at West Lake and enjoy a quick snack break.
10:00 AM / 3:30 PM: Explore An Thai Church, Lang Ho Village’s maze-like lanes, and Vong Thi Pagoda.
11:25 AM / 4:30 PM:– Meet a local host family.
11:45 AM / 5:15 PM: Join your host in preparing a meal and enjoy a cozy home-cooked meal together.
12:30 PM / 6:30 PM: Return to the office in Le Hong Phong.
1:00 PM/ 7:00 PM: We will drop you off in our office in 82 Nguyen Huu Huan.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellation more than 4 days before the departure date: Free of charge.
- Cancellation 3–4 days before the departure date: 25% of the total booking value will be charged.
- Cancellation less than 3 days before the departure date: 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
